All pricing is quoted in U.S. Dollars, all products are FOB New York. Please contact a Planterworx sales representative for trade and retail program pricing. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Planterworx made to order / custom products are available through trade professionals or directly from Planterworx.

Planterworx Home products are available through selected retailers, trade professionals or directly from us. Please visit our Planterworx Home store!

Terms

All made to order / custom products require a 50% Deposit less shipping costs. This is required to process your order. Lead times are in effect upon receipt of the deposit. Planterworx made to order / custom products typically ship within 4-6 weeks. Balance payments are due prior to items being shipped from our warehouse. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. We will assist our clients in coordinating all common carrier shipments. Planterworx does not collect shipping charges.

Please note Planterworx Home products are shipped via UPS. We also offer shipping via common carrier on large quantity orders. Please contact a Planterworx customer service representative to assist you in processing orders shipped via common carrier.

Planterworx Home products can be drop shipped for our Retail partners.

Planterworx Home products typically ship within 2 weeks of purchase in North America.

Custom Orders

Planterworx can easily customize our products to better suit the needs of our clients. Please consult with a Planterworx representative for all custom specifications.

Custom items are not returnable this includes, but not limited to, custom colors or materials. Custom manufactured items that are canceled during production will be charged a 50% restocking fee.

One of our great pleasures is working with creative, innovative members of the design community. At Planterworx, we take great pride in helping you realize your vision. To enroll in our trade program we will require you to submit three of the forms listed below.

Lead Time

Planterworx made to order / custom products are proudly designed and meticulously manufactured in Brooklyn, New York. While lead times may vary,

4 - 6 weeks is standard. Please contact a Planterworx sales representative, as they will be able to provide specific lead times at the time of your order.

Planterworx Home products typically ship within 2 weeks in North America.

Please be aware that the colors displayed on screen have been produced electronically. These electronic reproductions are not a substitute for real color samples.
Planterworx recommends choosing the final color using standard color cards available upon request.
