Terms
A 50% Deposit less shipping costs is required to process your order. Lead times are in effect upon receipt of the deposit. Balance payment is due prior to items being shipped from our warehouse. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. Planterworx does not collect shipping charges. Please contact a Planterworx representative about our shipping protocol.

Lead Time
Planterworx products are proudly designed and meticulously manufactured in Brooklyn, New York. As a result lead times are shorter than most. While lead times may vary, 4 - 6 weeks is standard.
