Shipping and Handling
Planterworx products are shipped via curbside delivery service via common carrier.
All Planterworx products are fully assembled unless otherwise noted and are packaged and palletized. Estimates include a shipping quote with a list of common carries to choose from. A Planterworx representative will coordinate the shipping process with the desired carrier and the client.
Planterworx does not collect shipping costs and all shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the client. Upon the receipt of goods, client must inspect products to ensure no damages are present. Any damage to the packing material or the products themselves must be noted on the delivery receipt from the freight company. Planterworx must be notified immediately upon the receipt of any damaged goods.
Planterworx will gladly facilitate and assist in the resolution of any damage claim with the freight company. Proper documentation must be provided by the client. As each claim is different, we do not guarantee that any damaged merchandise will be replaced at Planterworx expense.
