Planterworx made to order / custom products are shipped via common carrier.
All Planterworx products are fully assembled unless otherwise noted and are packaged and palletized. Estimates include a shipping quote with a list of common carries to choose from. A Planterworx representative will assist our clients in coordinating all common carrier shipments. Planterworx does not collect shipping costs and all shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the client.
It is most important that you inspect the package at the time of delivery. Ask the freight carrier for a copy of the delivery receipt.
Record the freight company's name and trailer number so we may track the order.
It is your responsibility to check that all items are correct and all pieces accounted for before you sign.
If the product is damaged in shipping, you may choose to refuse the delivery. If you choose to refuse the delivery, you must note the damages on the delivery receipt.
If only part of an item is damaged, you may accept the order, note the damages, and contact us. Planterworx must be notified within 24 hours of all damaged merchandise.
Proper documentation must be provided by the client. As each claim is different, we do not guarantee that any damaged merchandise will be replaced at Planterworx expense.
Planterworx Home products are shipped via UPS. We also offer shipping via common carrier on large quantity orders. Please contact a Planterworx customer service representative to assist our clients in coordinating all common carrier shipments.
Planterworx Home products can be drop shipped for our Retail partners.
Planterworx Home products typically ship within 2 weeks of purchase in North America.
Please be aware that the colors displayed on screen have been produced electronically. These electronic reproductions are not a substitute for real color samples.
Planterworx recommends choosing the final color using standard color cards available upon request.
