Warranties

Planterworx strives to achieve the highest level of service in our industry. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best possible customer experience. You can expect nothing but the best in quality and service.

The Planterworx collection is warranted against defects in material and quality of workmanship. Stainless steel products are warranted for two years from the original date of purchase, provided recommended cleaning and maintenance are performed. Powder coated aluminum products are warranted for one year from the original date of purchase, provided recommended cleaning and maintenance are performed. Corten® products are warranted for one year from the original date of purchase, provided recommended cleaning and maintenance are performed.

Warranties will be considered null and void in case of neglect, misuse or intentional destructive use of our products.

Please be aware that the colors displayed on screen have been produced electronically. These electronic reproductions are not a substitute for real color samples.
Planterworx recommends choosing the final color using standard color cards available upon request.
